Hi Vincent,

Where can I find the serial number for my camera? I see 4 digits printed on the back of the circuit board just above where 'Natural Point' is printed. Is that it?

I had the same thing happen to mine; one of the little retaining legs appears to have broken. :(

I already have images of the damage, but I wasn't precisely sure where to find the camera's serial number.

UPDATE: Okay, I found the S/N on the tag at the end of the USB cable. Will e-mail along with pics and discription of damage.

Just want to say that I also had a problem with the Track Clip.........but much to my surprise Natural Point sent me a RA # and a new clip is on the way.

Thank you for your response to my problem.

Mine broke and I fixed it real easy now it's even stronger and better and looks pretty damn good , I used 1 min epoxy in the broken part ran a bolt with a nut threaded on first then ran it thru the apature of the main clip making sure to keep straight as it set about 1 min. Then I just tightened the nut, it still rotates no problem . Good luck gentlemen !

Same here, bump it even slightly and the rotating arm comes apart. The headphone clip broke within a week of use and right now it is all held together by twist-ties and duct tape.

At $35.00, this thing really should be built better.

I had mine two days before it came apart where the 3-pronged set was attached to the headphone assembly. It looked like the two holding pins were bent inward, but they were not broke. I stuck it back together but it kept falling out so I returned it for a refund because it was so cheaply made.

It was more accurate than the hat clip and didn't have the light reflection problem (why I bought it in the first place. I wish that they would make a stronger one even if it was a hat-clip model with the LEDs instead of the reflectors. I'd but a more sturdy one, especially if it was "wireless".

I have too much light in my computer room during the day. With the reflector hot clip I get some weird views while trying to fly in FSX. Sometimes it switches front to back, other times I get to see inside the plane's frame instead of out the window. It's really annoying. I have to set the camera up to near maximum to get rid of the extraneous light reflections.
