Track IR dead

My 2 year old Track IR Pro stopped working yesterday. Plug in and only the red light comes on, no green or blue light. I have tried Track IR 4 and 5 software, "no device detected". I have tried to plug it in to 3 different computers with Win 7 64 bit, Win XP, and Vista-not even recognized by plug and play, won't even ask about loading drivers. Does this mean it's dead?

Unfortunately, if the detection issue follows the device to another PC, it is a good indication that it is some type of hardware failure.
