TrackIR stopped working
<t>I had my TrackIR5 working without a hitch with the 5.2 software.<br/> All the sudden it stopped working:<br/> <br/> -1- there is no tracking in the standard TrackIR window<br/> -2- the IR levels can be modified and the dots respond to changes in intensity<br/> -3- on startup of IL2 or similar, th...

Re: no antialiasing with Il2-1946
<t>By fiddling around for quite a while I found a manip which restores anti-aliasing in Il-2 (UP 2.0) with Nvidia cards (GTX 295 for me).<br/> <br/> 1. start IL-2 with TIR5 on: verify that anti-aliasing is not working (eg load an aircraft and verify that you get a jagged picture)<br/> 2. close every...

Same problem here! Even more red dots on my screen with TrackIR Pro. Everything seems to work with standard TrackIR device.

Re: no antialiasing with Il2-1946
Reinstalling TIR5 didn't change anything for me...
Updated my computer configuration: new mobo (Asus II NSE), new videocard (GTX 295). SAME PROBLEM
Now flying with TIR4 (functions perfectly)...wonder why I bought TIR5 in the first place.
Any news regarding TIR5.1?

Re: no antialiasing with Il2-1946
Joker is absolutely right.
When I use V4, everything works. With V5, antialiasing doesn't work anymore with Il2-1946 (8800GT in SLI + 190.62 driver)!
The solution proposed by JoKer seems reasonable.
Any news with the testing or any upcoming solution?

<r>guess that some of those who are not complaining need glasses <E>;-)</E><br/> <br/> They are perhaps happy about the sudden gain in FPS and don't realize that they went back to Nvidia default...<br/> <br/> I have 8800 GT videocards in an SLI config under Windows XP SP3 and Nvidia's latest driver(...

Re: no antialiasing with Il2-1946
<t>A solution I found is to define TrackIR5 as a 3D application in the Nvidia control panel. If you apply exactly the same configuration as for the game you want to use (e.g. IL2-1946 for me) than you get the antialiasing function back to where you want it (and not the ugly default application setti...
