Replacement for USB cable
What is the policy on replacing a USB cable purchased from your online store that consistantly causes camera dropouts?

Unusual camer/USB issue
<t>I have intermittantly experienced a problem similar to others who have posted in the past of one camera would switch on and off at random. I tried several things such as changing the USB hub port it was plugged into, changing which hub it was on and plugging and replugging the cable. After some e...

Re: the new wand
This looks like a fantastic improvement. I am often forced to use non optimal capture spaces and this should help tremendouly. I will be ordering my new wand shortly and looking forward to the update to Arena.

Re: the new wand
What version of software is required for the new wand and does it provide enough improvement over the old wand to switch?

Re: kneeling or lying ( stuck in mocap session )
I haven't seen any problem with jitter or shivering on the markers as long as I have a clean capture space with no extraneous marker data showing up. You may want to check your lighting maybe its causeing some interference with the camera LEDs.

Re: kneeling or lying ( stuck in mocap session )
For kneeling you can put the shin markers on the back of the legs instead of the front. As to laying and/or rolling on the floor I would love to know if there is some way to do this.

Re: Wrong number of markers being detected?
<t>I had a similar problem when I first started using my system with 6 cameras. With the defualt exposure settings I was getting reflections from the backs of the rigid body hand markers. That was probably made worse by the fact that I have long arms and was working in a non optimal space so my hand...

Numerical sequence of cameras
<t>What impact, if any, does the numerical sequence of the cameras in the array have on the quality of the calibration and capture. Is there a preferred order to set the cameras? In a square 8 camera arrangement would the preferred order be 1-hi, 2-low, 3-hi, 4-low, etc.? Or does it not make any dif...
