You need a bigger dot, or you need to move the Tracking head closer to you.

You want the dot as big as you can get it without the green box around it turning red, when viewed in the "tracking" window of the Track IR software.

It is a bit of a pain.
and yes I am saveing it with enhanced mode active

I was the "other guy" haveing problems with strike fighters.
I am sure that this was my problem, I thought that the radio button set the mode type for the profile.
