Thanks for that. I actually decided to switch computers, and that has worked for me.
We probably need updates on the OS and hardware of that computer. Thanks for your help.

We have a Dell Precision 380 desktop at the lab. I have not tried using Arena 1.6. I will install it and see if it works.
