Update from Arena to Motive Tracker
Hello. I have one hardware key with an Arena license. I would like to buy Motive Tracker and associate the license with the same hardward key. 1) Is it possible to have the two licenses on the same key? If so, how does it works? Is the "Licensed product codes emailed to SHIPPING email address&q...

Motive on XP SP2 or SP3?
Hello.
I have installed Motive 1.5 on a PC with XP SP2. Motive does not start even if the installation was complete. Do I need to update to XP SP3?
Thanks in advance.

Saving Reconstruction properties
Hi. I am now using Motive 1.5 (beta 2). I would like to know how I could save the reconstruction properties. Anytime I open a new take, the reconstruction properties come back to default values. For example, as I did have 18 cams during capture, I would like to set minimum rays to 3 instead of 2 for...

Re: pt2 files in Motive
Forget about it. I found the answer. This did not seem to be possible with the last stable version of Motive (1.0.2), but it is now in beta version (1.5).

pt2 files in Motive
Hi.
Is it possible to post-process .pt2 files (captured with Arena) in Motive? Motive does only seem to accept .tak files. Is there any mean to convert an old .pt2 into som new .tak?
Thanks for any help.

Re: 3D reconstruction without markers' labelling
Hi Dustin.
Thanks for your answer.
Just to be sure that I understood well.
In Arena, it was not possible to trajectorize without having at least one skeleton or one rigid body present in the project (I am using 1.7.2 version). Can you confirm that it is now possible in Motive?
Regards.

3D reconstruction without markers' labelling
Hi. We use Optitrack with skeletons that are very different from the ones in Arena. Therefore, to achieve the markers' labelling we use our own home-made tools. The ideal 3D data output would thus be to have only unlabelled markers. But, as trajectorization always tries to label markers at the same ...

Offline trajectorization
<t>Hello.<br/> <br/> I 'm post-processing some data. I would like to know how to tune the trajectorization that builds the .pt3 file from the .pt2 data. <br/> How all parameters in the point cloud window are taken into account? It seems that do not all influence the trajectorization. As an example, ...

Very slow calibration
<t>Hello.<br/> <br/> I'm working with a 10 V100 R2 cams OptiTrack system using Arena 1.6.3. I'm calibrating using the 3 markers rod. <br/> <br/> After wanding during 30 to 40 s, I get the message that it should be enough for high quality. This seems to prove that my cams are not badly placed. <br/> ...

One OptiHub not recognized
<t>Hello.<br/> <br/> I've just installed my OptiTrack system on my PC (windows XP). My system is made of 10 V100 R2 cams and 2 OptiHubs (5 cams on each). One of these hubs is fully recognized. During the first installation I got an "unrecognized device" message. Then, after restarting my PC, the hub...
