Re: Widows 8 Drivers

<t>Temporarily disabling driver signature enforcement for the Windows 8 x64 install works fine to get TIR5 software and hardware working. So far Windows 8 is handling all of my gaming hardware just fine.<br/> <br/> It would be great if NP would release the native signed Win8 driver ASAP. That being ...

Re: Widows 8 Drivers

<t>I am anxious for NP to release a working driver for Windows 8 CP because every other piece of gaming hardware I own is at least working under this new OS and my TIR is not yet.<br/> <br/> I already use Windows 7 as my day to day OS and am testing Win 8 CP for hardware compatibility so the suggest...

Re: Track Clip Pro build quality.

When did you purchase your TrackClip Pro? Thank you for your response Vincent. I purchased on 1/24/2007. Did you purchase it directly from us? Yes I purchased it directly from Natural point. Order#xxxxxx Does it tend to "break" at a given point? As I pointed out in my original post unfort...

Track Clip Pro build quality.

<t>After having owned just about every incarnation of the TIR I have to say I am sorely disappointed in the build quality of the Track Clip Pro. It does in fact track excellently but it is really poorly put together. I have to regularly snap the pieces together which fall apart quite easily all the ...

Re: Ongoing problems w/trackIR 3 and 4

<t>Rick,<br/> <br/> If naturalpoint could release a utility to completely remove all registry entries from previous installs that we be a great idiot proof method. The fact remains that until I did this nothing supplied here or from TS worked to solve the issue. Please look closely at this.<br/> <br...

Re: Ongoing problems w/trackIR 3 and 4

<t>Problem solved!!<br/> <br/> First I called Natural point and spoke to tech support. I was sent a file to check for errors in the installation. I ran it and it found two errors and fixed them. Upon reboot the TrackIR was working fine, However on a cold boot it still always failed to track.<br/> <b...

Re: Ongoing problems w/trackIR 3 and 4

Thanks for the response but this is NOT the problem. The USB ports are correctly detected by every other device as being 2.0. This is a Track IR issue.

Anyone else?
