Re: New TrackClip Pro!

<t>Thank you for explanations.<br/> Now I understand that TrackClip is powered from PC USB socket by it's own 6ft (hardwired to TrackClip) cable and it doesn't matter if your headphones are USB or classic type. This cable includes USB pass through so it doesn't waste your computers USB port.<br/> Pl...

Re: New TrackClip Pro!

<t>I'm afraid that I still don't understand how the "power tap cable" for TrackClip Pro looks like. I can only image:<br/> <br/> 1. It's short cable with standard USB plug intended to be injected to PC's USB socket and then two cables (one to headset and second to TrackClip) go form this cable to th...

Re: New TrackClip Pro!

<t>But how you can provide the power from USB socket in your PC to TrackClip Pro mounted on your headset (with classic headphone cable)? You have to use another cable. So two cables are required. And standard USB cables are rather heavy (when compared to headphone cable) and stiff...<br/> <br/> This...

Re: New TrackClip Pro!

<t>Could you post a photo of this "power tap cable"?<br/> <br/> I'd like to check if it's possible to extend it to 2 meters and attach to headphone cable (by some kind of do-it-yourself).<br/> <br/> Did you really checked how much percentage of headphones are USB type? All my friends have a pair of ...

Re: New TrackClip Pro!

<t>There are no high quality hi-fi audio wireless headphones on the market. Wireless connection is prone to noise and audio quality degradation. It doesn't matter during simming but really matters when listening to the music.<br/> <br/> My headphones are equipped with high quality lightweight wire.<...

Re: New TrackClip Pro!

<t>I was just ready to order TrackClip Pro, because in my wife's opinion I look silly wearing Track Hat indoors.<br/> But I use high quality Sennheiser headphones and no quality hi-fi audio headphones are ever connected by USB.<br/> So TrackClip Pro, without battery power, is not a product for me.<b...

Re: True View?

I confirm Nomad76's findings.
The head control when looking left/right/down/up is much more intuitive with True View, even for me who is accustomed to TrackIR with vector from the very momet it was available.
Well done NaturalPoint!
