Hi Bob, Have you tried running the TrackIR software and mouse emulation? The SmartNAV can work with the TrackIR software. Using the SmartNAV software can you adjust the mouse settings from within the game? I know some games have their own mouse speed controls. my thoughts... Vince may have some more...

Some people who were having odd motherboard/USB issues have had good luck trying the SmartNAV on a powered USB hub or a separate USB card....

Hello,
The SmartNAV requires USB drivers to be installed. If the PDA is running some sort of XP or Vista OS it will work. Otherwise the SmartNAV drivers will not be compatible.
You can always try and see what happens...

You could always pause the TrackIR using the pause hotkey. By default the pause key is F9.

Hi Carlo,
At this time there are not any skin colored dots available.
We have looked into it and while the skin colored dots could be produced they would not have the reflective index of the silver dots and so would not be as accurate.
