yes I can create but this tracker camera not working on different pc 's also

I have the same problem and tried on win xp and win 7.no respond???whats going on(3 leds on clip working I mean light is on ,but nothing on tracker 4 pro camera).,no sounds when trackir is connected to usb,do not see usb devices heeeeeeeellllpppp!!!
