How is "Reset to current orientation" computed?
When selecting a rigid body in Motive 1.5.1, there is an option to "reset to current orientation".
How is the new orientation computed? Does the inverse quaternion of the current orientation get multiplied from the left hand side?

Re: existing matlab import script?
Although it might be outdated with the upcoming introduction of Motive 1.6, here is my simple Matlab script to load the position, quaternion orientation and euler angles for multiple rigid bodies

Can not open recorded .avi video file
I've recorded a video during a take with S250e cameras by right clicking on a camera and select 'reference'. The filename after exporting is 'Take 2013-12-09 6.21pm.avi' If I try to open it in Windows 7 I get the following error message: Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the f...

existing matlab import script?
Hi,
I'm a new here. Just got a S250e setup with Motive.
I was wondering if there is already an import script for Matlab that reads Motives c3d or csv exports, either from NaturalPoint or the community?
Wouldn't be a big deal to write my own, but why reinvent the wheel?

Re: Tracking data export
This is a good question. I'm new to OptiTrack and Motive. I just exported my first csv file and noticed, that the framerate is not documented in the, otherwise very informative, header. I recorded with 125 Hz. Was the same framerate used for export? edit: So the the framerate can actually be chosen ...
