The games update shouldn't have anything to do with the LEDS. Having said that, we did just push a games list update. Is the behavior the same?

Interesting, I've no idea why it would do that, but let's not question it or mess with it while it is working. Let me know if any other problems arise with this unit.

Andy Bradley,

Do either of the LED lights on the TrackIR ago away when it freezes? Are you using the TrackClip PRO or the standard TrackClip?

Hmm, that is an odd one. If the PC doesn't recognize it at all, it is likely not getting any power. That can be an issue on the new machine, or it can be an issue with the TrackIR. Does it still work on your old PC?

Hello,

Please follow the directions in http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id- ... 0007b.html, there are several possible solutions for error 0xc000007b included within. Though in my experience chkdsk, or updating .NET fixed the problems.

Since we updated to 5.3 the profiles are now are stored in the directory "%AppData%\NaturalPoint\TrackIR 5\Profiles". If you placed them in the old location on the C: drive they will not work.

Hello, Install everything according to the guide. After that, plug in the TrackIR. Once it shows up in the device manager as an unknown device, right click on it and select update driver. Choose the option to browse your computer for the driver, and then "let me pick from a list of available drivers...

What location did you place the new profiles in? Since we updated to 5.3 the profiles are now are stored in the directory "%AppData%\NaturalPoint\TrackIR 5\Profiles". If you placed them in the old location on the C: they will not work.
