Are there other ways to allow me have head motion c3d file and facial motion c3d file by recording within the same take. And which are the post-processing tools that may be available to fill up missing/swapped markers...

I am trying to separate head rotation/translation and facial motion with the C3D data I've exported. Also to fix missing markers too.
Any recommendation for doing this? Tools for Matlab etc?

PS: Does Optitrack's C3D format differs from other motion capture tools like Vicon?
