Is your mouse wireless?
Windows only displays a cursor if it detects a mouse. A wireless mouse might shut off until you move it. Try keeping a wired mouse plugged in.

Re: Incredibly desperate
I'm in the same situation, friend. I use it for EVERYTHING... work, play, communication. Nothing else is as stable or accurate. Even the dwell-clicker out-classes everything on the market.
A clumsy friend knocked mine onto the floor and now it doesn't work. I am stuck, unable to take action.

Re: Software Corruption?
After having a friend help, I had to close the program once after a reinstall... without a powering down or restart of the PC. I never tried just closing it again after it opened because I can't open it again without physical help. Apparently, closing the program by clicking on the X (in Windows) is...

Re: Software Corruption?
Sounds like a good plan. It's gonna take me about a week because I have a lot of awesome stuff happening right now but I will comment here again after I attempt that, no matter the result. Thanks for being so "on it" all the time. This device changed my life.

Re: Software Corruption?
It does seem that way. One of my PCs just did a major update today but I haven't tested to see if the problem persists. I've been leaving my machines on for days on end to avoid the issue. Can you recommend a course of action, or...?

Re: total war warhammer
So, my friends and I are starting a game company and we've actually been meaning to communicate with you about this issue and a few others, but I believe I can shed some light on this problem. I have issues using the dwell clicker with quite a few games (off the top of my head I can name Banished, R...

Software Corruption?
So, Im having an issue with the software that I can't seem to resolve. I physically moved my PC to a new location and after I plugged everything back in, the program wouldn't open back up. No errors, and the light on the device would come on but stay red. I ran the repair option with the installer a...

Re: Windows10 Upgrade Fail
Ok, my bad I guess? After the 3rd reset I attempted a 4th and then another reinstall out of sheer desperation. Everything worked and is still working perfectly. I can only chalk it up to the fickle will of Zeus.
