Did you try to use another clicking software like Point-N-Click (http://www.polital.com/pnc/) or ClickAid (http://www.polital.com/ca/) or DMouse (http://sourceforge.net/projects/dmouse/)? All programs are available at no costs and provide dwell clicking as well as other features. Please let me know ...
