Re: TrackIR Snapin for Web Servers?

Hello kronovan, Thank you for sharing your feedback! Running TrackIR data on a web server was not considered before as most of our application is used for simulation applications and 3D FPS games, and these would be a bit heavy to run on a web server. It would be possible to develop something like t...

Hello all, When encountering a problem with device connection, I would suggest reinstalling both the TrackIR software and the NaturalPoint USB driver. Please make sure you are uninstalling both the TrackIR software and the driver before running the latest installer from the website (http://www.natur...

Re: New SmartNav 4 AT not working on laptop that had old one

Hello, Thank you for using SmartNav. Could you please check the Device Manager and see how SmartNav gets listed in there? Re: Track IR 4 camera has stopped working

Hello Pharoah, If 4 red IR LEDs are illuminating, the device is probably getting powered okay. Does this device get detected in the TrackIR software? If it's being detected but not seeing the three green dots, it might be a problem on the imager. In that case, I would suggest contacting support@nat...

The exact start time will vary depending on a number of factors including the camera system specs and the software build used. Thus, the returned value would not be very useful infor...
