Also submitted a ticket. Have the same issue as sailor. TrackIR is not detected after 5.3. Using Windows 10 HE.

I concur. Everything was fine until updating software. Now my hardware is not detected. I reinstalled drivers and changed USB port but with no luck. Using Windows 10 Home Edition. Would appreciate any help
