what I have is the original cd with quick start guide, No any serial number to be found.
What I have (included in the package)
* Device (check)
*26 Dots (Check)
*CD with software & electronic manual (Check)
No vectorclip because using sticker reflector on a cap.

somehow I have missed this post. But I have the same issue. Do I need to request a serial for my old Trackir 3?

Hi, I have tried to get trackir to work under windows 10 64bits When I start the software it detects my trackir only it does not respond to my reflector on my cap. I only have the basic setup so not track clip. any idea's how to solve this? Do i need a serial key to use trackir? because i never had ...
