 Hello everybody
I have a problem with the calibration, when I make click on start wanding button, motive shows a red rectangle that says: rec (no live: on top of the screen) and the cameras don't collect calibration samples with wanding process.

the markers's wand can see in the software but no is possible that the system track this, no valued in the calibration window (table camera VS sample)

the license is for USB. Today, I was calibrated to the system but the movements with the wand. it was not register with the software. How I can remedy this problem?
I try desconected the system but the problem persists.
