I got it to work by removing anything related to TrackIR in my registry via regedit. So never mind.

Device Not Detected (USED TO WORK)
So I've been using TrackIR 5 with proclip for months now with no issues. Today I decided to give it a try with Miscreated for the first time. However, the game was missing from my titles menu.
