So windows was kind enough to give me the 'creators' update today and it broke my Trackir software. I've since reinstalled the latest Nvidia drivers, removed Trackir from device manager, repaired Trackir software, reinstalled Trackir software, reseated the Trackir usb, and rebooted a few times.
