Not an answer to your problem but my machine updated to the creator edition, and Trackir still works fine.

Anybody successfully integrate TrackIR and VR?
A lot of us in the online game Aces High use TrackIR. Now that some of us are switching to VR in Aces High, what we are confronted with is the limited view you have using a VR. The view we want is the same view we get with TrackIR.
