I've made a system in Unity that uses motive to generate IK points while also streaming muscle data. This allows me to adjust many aspects while keeping hands and feet based on real positions.

In reality, there isn't a way for motive to differentiate between the fingers, especially when they're close. Individual passive markers don't seem likely. For our studio, we ended up making our own active marker gloves. They work great. Grab some active LEDs, battery, wireless active marker board, and the wireless sync box from OptiTrack.

Windows Display Settings defaults to use scaling on high DPI screens to make UI elements easier to read. This is not compatible with Motive. You're better off reducing your display resolution and setting the scale to 100%
