Hello, is anybody there?

<t>I've just received the TIR4 and reinstalled RD2. The blue light comes on, so I guess that means that the device is detecting the game. The problem is that the TIR doesn't work==there is no movement of the head whatsoever. I checked the registry as suggested ad it's OK. All other games that I have...

Can someone please list the height, width and length of this product? I have an lcd monitor with very little room between the top of the monitor and the top of my computer table. I would like to determine if it the Trackir4 will be able to attach to the top of my monitor.
