I am seeing the same thing as well, with the 5.3.0 software running, my GTX 970 memory clock downclocks to 3000 mhz. Without the software running it is at 3504 MHz as normal.

So is the only real difference, between this version and 5.2.1, the ATI graphics card fix?
If so, as I have a Nvidia card, I will probably just pass on this update.
ps: I am seriously struggling identifying the image verification letters/numbers...

I posted on this a few months ago, and they said they would be looking into it.
It would really be nice if they could do something about this, it does not seem to be able to differentiate between button id's on separate devices, or at least so it seems...
