Fixed..... VISTA issue. After a little more reading through the forums I discovered someone else with a similar problem. Running Track Ir 5 as Administrator has fixed the problem.

No and TrackIr unit was disconnected before attempting the uninstal.

Is this file meant to be removed and replaced with a new one during the instal ?

Chivas I had the same issue. It seems you have to manually open them via the Views menu. In the past it happened automatically when you opened a profile.
