Hi, I see on youtube movies of airplanes landing from VC cockpit with TrackIR and, as soon as they touch the ground, there is a bumpy effect of the head that I can't experience on my computer. Is there an option somewhere to have such a feature? I have TrackIR4 and FSX.
Thanks.

Bumpy effect on runway during takeoff?
Hi, is it possible, with TrackIR 4 in FS9, to simulate the "bumpy" effect during takeoff run, like it can be done with Active Camera? It would add a lot of realism, since when I takeoff the movement on the runway is always too smooth.
Thanks,
James
Thanks,
James

Bumping on ground with TrackIR
Hello, is it possible to have with TrackIR the feature present in Active Camera, I mean when rolling on the ground you experience a bumping and a slight vertical shake?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: TrackIR too heavy
Ah, I just have to add that I don't use antivirus, nor any other background programs. Everything is on the other computer WideFS-connected.

Re: TrackIR too heavy
Hi Vincent, sorry for the late reply. I have the latest version of TIR software (4.1.030, but no changes with 028).
My system is a Pentium IV-3.2 GHz, 2 Gb Ram, ATI Radeon 9800 video card, Win XP Pro, FS9.1.
Thank you,
James

<t>Hi,<br/> Are there any plans to make TrackIR 4 work with drivers installed on another computer FSWide-connected to the one where the device is plugged? This would reduce the fps impact. <br/> Or is there a way to avoid that TIR uses too many resources? I have FS2004 and on my system it runs at ab...

<t>Sorry, Vincent, I posted the same reply on the AVSIM forum.<br/> <br/> 1.I run all applications on a laptop, WideFS-connected to my FS computer, so no apps except FS and TIR. Re: Please, help with TrackIR
Sorry Rick, but do you know of another way of using TIR and WideFS? I thought that was the only way, so that the TIR software was not going to influence FS performance on the main computer. Are there other ways?
Thanks a lot.
Thanks a lot.
