I have not been able to get TrackIR 3 Pro to work using Windows 2000 with Jane's F/A-18. <br/> <br/> I upgraded to XP and it works perfectly! How did I ever fly without it.</t>

Most of the community I play with online use either teamspeak or ventrilo. Roger Wilco works well and some people use Battlefront, both older programs.

You're sort of asking for opposite things with your post. The better and more beautiful the sim, the more realistic it will be and therefore the steeper the learning curve.
