Re: WarbirdsIII and TrackIR
<t>Nothing to do in Warbirds, I think. Just choose enhanced mode and pick a profile to start with in the naturalpoint utility, and then play from there. The TrackIR 2 should turn on it's blue light, and set the controls for keystrokes on/off via the naturalpoint utility (I forgot what keys I used fo...

Re: WarbirdsIII and TrackIR
This is the released version from last week -- works great. I'm just figuring out how to adjust profiles. Eliminated the dead zone now, making it 1 and 2 (a 'slow' zone -- slow enough, but doesn't stop the fluidity of looking from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock).

WarbirdsIII and TrackIR
As of this week's update, WarbirdsIII supports TrackIR in the enhanced mode. So far, I have done best using a "progressive" curve set with both X and Y speed at "0", and averaging at 100.

Emulating Mouse Clicks
<t>Ver 3 of the software suggests that you can emulate left and right clicks, but trying various keys programmed, I can not get it to do this, even while still working withing the TrackIR driver. Has anyone been able to get this to work?<br/> <br/> (Win 98 first edition, TrackIR 1, driver 3.03, PII-...

Re: WarbirdsIII
<t>Jim Richardson (of Natural Point) had hinted previously that they have a developer "tool kit" and that as long as the program has a mouselook mode (which WBIII finally does), it would only take a skilled programmer (read: not me) a few hours (read: weeks) to build a .dll routine to provide the ne...

Re: WarbirdsIII
<t>Finally, WBIII gets TrackIR support! Works great, but I'm already eager for someone to write a .dll or whatever is needed to get specific support for TrackIR. That would allow a center deadband, which would greatly help for shooting, etc. Do any of you guys have the skills?<br/> <br/> David Klein...

Re: Track IR and Warbirds 3
This happened to me very briefly, but with toggling Alt-T a couple of times, it cleaned up and hasn't been back. Now, If I could just keep my head still.

Re: WarbirdsIII
Boy, that's awesome! I look forward to TrackIR being able to help with my situational awareness in-flight!

Give reason for Game Developers
<t>Have you guys (eDimension or whichever company actually makes TrackIR) considered sending some units to different game developers, so they might try them, like them, and then write-in TrackIR support and then other players would use them? Say, what about sending a pair or two to iEN so they might...

WarbirdsIII
I'm very interested in using TrackIR with WarbirdsIII, but can't even get the keymapping thing to work at all, even when selected (actually, my NaturalPoint driver doesn't let me unselect that button...)
