try Gamecommander using vopice recognition. Yoy can map Smartnav's keyboord shortcuts for the mouse keys to a speech command with it.

Any luck? Did you find the same problem yourself, say for example if you download the demo of Halo and assign the mouse Left/Right to move Forward/Back?

Yes, hot keys do it also just the same as activating to mobility switches plugged into the SN
