Re: Weird - All of a sudden, it's sluggish

False alarm - reboot fixed it. Even switching around to all different views. What an amazing amazing product. Even without having the left and right function - the zoom just brings you into the cockpit so much!!

Thanks for all your hard work!

Weird - All of a sudden, it's sluggish

<t>This is the strangest thing - everything was working great and I was really enjoying using Vector in LOMAC 1.1 - the ZOOM feature is awesome!!!<br/> <br/> But for some reason, tonight, after switching to an external view and back - the TIR tracking is sluggish - a couple of seconds behind my head...

Re: My opinion on using Vector

<t>Thanks for the link.<br/> <br/> Playing with it some more today, I'm noticing that it gets all wonky when I pitch my head down - my in-game head will flip all over the place. I'm thinking of making a movie to show what exactly I mean - all the other axis's work, but when I look down it starts fli...

My opinion on using Vector

<t>So I flew for several hours last night, both with the Vector turned on and off - here are my feelings about it:<br/> <br/> (BTW, I'm not ripping on this product, I love it, this is just my feedback)<br/> <br/> There seems to be a Field of View problem (FOV) with the Vector, primarily with Pitch. ...

Re: Head turning problem

<t>That drift to center function (when you're real close to the center) is still in there - only it works only when you have it set to "Dot" not "Vector."<br/> <br/> I was having great difficulties with Vector in PF last night, switched back to Dot, took off the clip, and everything worked great aga...

Re: My opinion on using Vector

<t>3 feet away?! That seems pretty far. I'm not quite sure how far mine is from my head, but I think it's under 2 feet. I'll try moving it back farther this weekend. Right now it just sits on the edge of my monitor.<br/> <br/> Left and right I get full range, up pitch I get pretty much full range, i...

Re: My opinion on using Vector

<t>LOL - I know EXACTLY what you're talking about...but hey, it's the season, and there are some great things coming out lately.<br/> <br/> Recon - good to know others feel the same way. I'm not worried though, I know all the bugs/quirks will eventually be worked out - until then, I'll still be gett...

Re: Head turning problem

<t>Recon - <br/> <br/> I was having trouble with Vector in PF last night too. I couldn't rotate my head as much as I could without the vector. Not sure what the problem is yet though.<br/> <br/> The new software release on Fri. - without the vector - was PERFECT!!!! There was this great thing too wh...

Re: Just got it and....whoa.

<t>As far as looking over your shoulder and having left and right switched (which is a major bummer BTW) - wouldn't it be a simple thing to just invert the panning when your in-game head rotates past 90 degrees?<br/> <br/> This really bums me out that checking six you can't lean left and right - you...
