<t>Trackmapper is the only application I know of. It's a bit cumbersome and, most certainly doesn't offer the smooth transitions, it does work. Personally, I don't care for the transition, but man I DO like the game. (I've re-created alot of aircraft and sounds for the game and I hate to see them go...
