As you are using the clip without headphones, I guess it is tracking better than the cap on your side ?
I am just wondering wether it is worth to buy the clip, although
I don�t use headphones.

I can confirm the z axis problem. I am using TrackIR 4. With
software 5 beta2 I have the same movement of the z axis. To get
it steady I need smoothing of 100, what is way too much for all
other axis (where 70 is about right for me).

I can confirm the minimize problem, but my problem was, I didn�t read about the new smoothing values. Running now with 70, jitter is gone.

After consulting my dictionary I should have taken �jitter� instead
of �flicker� )

When I run my TrackIR4 with 5.0.200 the view in game (IL2) is
flickering. Within the TrackIR view the center seems to move
only around 5 degrees. Changing to 4.1.036 it�s smooth again.
Any ideas ?
