feature request: small audio meters
Hi. Just a quick feature request. I searched about and didn't find any indication that this feature exists, or is handled in another way. I very much appreciate that Motive will record synced audio and export it. I was planning on handling audio a different way. But if Motive can handle it, that's g...

coming back to optitrack after a long time
So, I've been away for a LONG time. I've been doing other things. But I just finally got my old V100:R1 cameras up and running again. And as of yesterday, I bought (and received) a brand new Motive license. I had been limping along on an old Arena license and TrackingTools license because, I wasn't ...

lying on your back and waving the marker above you, can help quit a bit with the single marker calibration, as an example.

Re: Custom Skeleton Setup - Motion Builder streaming
<t>Quite a few. It's all about placement and number of cameras. I usually start with chest markers. And I often have some facial markers as well. <br/> <br/> I've been experimenting with alternative hand marker sets. <br/> <br/> There is room on the thighs and shins. <br/> <br/> I sometimes do an ex...

Re: .net wrappers for c++ SDK
<r>Just a note: I'm putting thought into how best to update the wrappers and keep them up to date more easily. One thing has caught my eye as a possibility:<br/> <br/> <URL url="http://tirania.org/blog/archive/2011/Dec-19.html">http://tirania.org/blog/archive/2011/Dec-19.html</URL><br/> <br/> Going ...

Re: Custom Skeleton Setup - Motion Builder streaming
<t>If you augment the standard skeleton with xtra markers, you can select only the markers from the standard set and the auto fit will work based on the selection. <br/> <br/> Much like you can select three markers for the t square to force it to align the volume. <br/> <br/> This way, You can marke...

record and save timeline data from API
<t>I've been missing one really important feature for some time. Is it possible to start a recording, stop it, and save it, from the API? I've never known this to be possible.<br/> <br/> Would it be possible to add this feature to a future version?<br/> <br/> The reason is:<br/> <br/> Tracking Tools...

residual in "w" ordinal of c3d files
<t>Any chance you all could populate the "w" value of a point in c3d, with the residual, as per the c3d spec?<br/> <br/> Since systems can have more than 8 cameras, I think the camera coverage section of that value is not so useful. Though it would be really nice to be able to get the number of cons...

c3d format compliance
<t>Not exactly a request. More informational.<br/> <br/> The c3d file you guys dump out of Arena is not really compliant to the spec.<br/> <br/> It has no Analog or Force Plate parameters.<br/> <br/> The spec is pretty clear that these should be there, even if there is no analog or force plate data....

Re: .net wrappers for c++ SDK
<t>Sorry. Been busy for a while.<br/> <br/> I have not published an updated version of kinearx that uses the new wrappers. Though I do have a hacked version of it somewhere that does.<br/> <br/> But yea, its using the older code. So it will not help you.<br/> <br/> My newer apps that I was using thi...
