As of Feb 2023, I would recommend the built-in head pointer on Mac OS Apple laptops. You can go to any Apple Store to try it out. It uses face recognition and is similar to SmartNav, but instead of infrared just uses the regular camera. Not perfect, not quite as good as SmartNav was in its heyday, ...

Very, very sorry.
Your SmartNav had a wonderful usability.
I have already tried several devices to replace SmartNav in the future. None of them is comparable in quality of tracking.
For the paralyzed people, it would be very cool if you added support for third-party clickers in TrackIR.

Try to use Point-n-click from https://polital.com/pnc/. It's also very good clicker software.

Thank you for using SmartNAV and contacting us. This is a common problem with Windows 10. You will want to lower the Mouse Override Delay to 0.0.
