Lean your body when you want to look all the way back. An inch or two lean is all it takes. No need to run your eyballs to the stops.

check "auto unload this profile" on the Profile tab.

if you trap the key, the game cannot use it. They give you the option to allow games to use your hotkey in tandem with the TIR by not trapping it.
