My TrackIr 5 keeps losing tracking. If I do anything, even sit still, it will lose tracking, fling my camera everywhere, and the green light on the left goes out. The red lights in the center do not dim. I would appreciate help.

I have been anticipating the arrival of my Trackclip Pro, and it has just arrived. I plugged in the USB, and I looked for it on the software, but it is not detected. I would appreciate help.
