Hi Jani, Thank you for sharing this issue, hopefully I can help. I haven't run into this problem personally so it might take a little tweaking. Have you tried saving manually using the save button on the profiles panel? While it should be saving as you close the program, please try this way as well....

Hi Uwe, If your device is working with your Notebook but not your gaming PC, then I believe the drivers and/or registries might have been adjusted from the Windows update.
