Did you purchase the SmartNav 4: AT or EG? The dwell clicker software is only compatible with the AT version at the moment.

Hello wpmaura, It is best not to have bright lights or reflective surfaces in view of the camera. The TrackIR relies on IR light and other sources may be picked up as an accidental marker. Hello All,
There is currently a bug in DCS which limits the amount of USB devices that can be connected at once. I am not aware of a solution, but please try to limit the use of USB devices while using DCS to troubleshoot this issue.
