Hello Takarde,

Are you plugging your TrackIR directly into a USB port on your PC or using a USB hub? We recommend plugging directly into a port native to the PC and NOT using a USB hub if that is the case. Please feel free to contact support@naturalpoint.com for more assistance.

Did you purchase the SmartNav 4: AT or EG? The dwell clicker software is only compatible with the AT version at the moment.

Hello wpmaura, It is best not to have bright lights or reflective surfaces in view of the camera. The TrackIR relies on IR light and other sources may be picked up as an accidental marker. Hello,

TrackIR can only be used with a PC and not an Xbox.
