Issue resolve, re installing the drivers seemed to have resolve the issue, but I have no clue on the root cause...

Same issues detected when I upgraded to windows 7. Works with other games, just not BlackShark, the blue led does not turn on with Blackshark. But works with Arma II, go figure...

I had similar issues, try re installing them as Administrator mode. Always run the software as admin. Worked for me, although I had to re-install the drivers. Don't install in the program files DIR. Try another location.

Never mind I figured it out. Just don't install the drivers in the default folder, then all is ok.
