Okay, ironically within 30 minutes of my post my order was shipped. Took two weeks exactly. So maybe that will be a reliable timeframe for anyone else here.

I ordered TrackIR 5 w/ Track Clip pro about two weeks ago for my brother. Still no update on that order either. I tried sending an email to their support and they haven't replied to me yet. A bit discouraging after spending nearly $200.
