I think these minimum runtimes and additional runtimes may be needed, at least the 2013 x86 ones to match the 2013 x86 redistributable required by the software.

I was finally able to fix the issue on my end. I'll share the fix in case it may work for others. If you search for a guy called "FR33THY" on YouTube and click on his windows 10 or 11 optimization video, there will be a link to a google drive with his optimization file. Download this file ...
