Hi Ben, What non-human characters would you like to capture, are you looking for tracking animals? I'm not aware of any non-human skeleton solve within Motive (Optitrack software). For pre-recorded motion capture data you could make the height adjustment during the retargeting step in Maya or other creative tool. I'm open to helping you with this if interested.
