Saitek stick here and the way around the problem is to map with Saitek software.I have a saitek stick, but I dont use the software for it. All the buttons axis are recognized by windows without a problem.

I'll try that Vince. Thanks for trying to help.You could try increasing the "Set Priority" for the TrackIR software, within the Task Manager -> Processes Tab -> Right click on the TrackIR.exe file -> Set Priority to AboveNormal....

Is it jerky just within the gaming application, or does it do it also within the TrackIR software as well.

Have you tried a clean install of the TrackIR software?
Adjusted the placement of the TrackIR unit?
Any background IR noise, on the Tracking screen?
