This was mybad - there's a conflict with an older version of plugin - perhaps. When I turned the plugin off and then restarted and turned on again, all the Optitrack Client origins needed replacing in each level. I did that and I think its now all good.

Theres a bunch of errors when packaging in Unreal 5.3 I have already moved plugin to project plugin folder not the Engine plugin folder as suggested here https://forums.naturalpoint.com/viewtopic.php?t=26599 Any ideas?
