1. I start the game Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) 2024
2. I start TrackIR but TrackIR cannot connect to the game because it has to be started prior to MSFS 2024

It would be nice if TrackIR could connect to the game in this case.

It is the same behaviour in MSFS 2024 i.e. after hibernating TrackIR is not tracking head movement anymore. I have to restart the sim which is quite time consuming. I have followed your suggestions about USB power mode but it makes no difference. Maybe you can somehow make it possible? As I wrote it...

It would be nice if one could connect TrackIR to MSFS 2024 during the flight.

Yes. After hibernating Head Movement is not detected anymore.
To solve it I have to restart Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The problem does not occur with v5.4.2
The issue occurs wit v5.5.2
I rolled back to v5.4.2 and the problem disappeared.

I put the PC into hibernation while TrackIR 5 is running.
After waking up the PC TrackIR 5 is not running anymore.
