Thanks for the replies. I solved it simply (...) by uninstalling 5.5.2 and reinstalling 5.4.2. I'll stay at that one for now. And perhaps ever.

TrackIR won't work with MSFS on a new install
Installed Windows 11 and MSFS and the latest version of TrackIR. When I start MSFS the TrackIR software does not show the title, it stays at None, it does not turn on the blue light in the bottom right and on the 'receiver' the right LED stays off.
