As you mentioned when I'm in the software the head movements are tracked as they should be. I did try starting with Admin privileges on and off for the Sim and the TrackIR but it made no difference. Hi ejwells4091, Are you using the TrackClip or the TrackClip Pro as the Tracking target? The red LEDs are required for use with the TrackClip (hat clip), but not with the TrackClip Pro. I've had my TrackIR5 system for quite a few years and has worked flawlessly. Recently (Within the last few days) the camera no longer has the 4 red LED's in the center and only one LED on the left showing.
